1. Production Timeline
Every item is manufactured specifically for your order to ensure the highest quality.

Manufacturing Window: Items typically take 3–7 business days to be prepared for shipment.

Large or Complex Orders: May require 7–15 business days for manufacturing.

Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We use Special Line shipping to provide a balance of speed and reliability. Total time to delivery is Production Time + Shipping Time.

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Transit times may be extended during peak seasonal periods or due to extreme weather conditions.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been manufactured and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
4. Duties, Customs, and Taxes
For our Canadian customers and international shipments:

Southwest St. is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Split Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have entered the shipping phase. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Southwestst.clothing@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please keep all original packaging if you are reporting a damaged item.
